If something’s not running smoothly for your business, I will find it and fix it. This applies to typos, broken automation triggers, and entire marketing workflows. I’ve spent 20+ years developing the perfect blend of experience for ops management.

I started in the IT industry as a webmaster before moving into editing and marketing. But regardless of my primary role, I’ve always been the go-to for what you might call other duties as assigned. Any time there’s a task vital to a project that doesn’t fall under anyone’s official duties, that’s where I step in.

In addition to formal education and training, I’m also just really good at figuring things out, seeing the dependencies between processes, and streamlining workflows. My background in IT allows me to understand your tech stack and find ways of making it all work together. I’ve primarily worked on/with marketing teams, which allows me to apply best practices and strategies to your business. I also have a sharp eye for detail due to my experience as an editor.

I’ve worked with plenty of big businesses with shiny logos and big budgets, but I’m more interested in applying my skills one-on-one with individual founders and small teams so they can spend more time doing the work they love.
